Location is approximate
Coordinates carry an accuracy radius. The city may be a provider exit point rather than your city.

Country and registration differ
The determined country describes address use; the registration country describes where the network is registered. They may differ.

The two networks answer different questions
The GeoIP network is the matched location record. The ASN network is the prefix announced by the autonomous system.
Why there is no map
A map pin would promise precision the data does not have. The honest result is coordinates plus a radius, often tens of kilometres wide.
A map would also load tiles from somebody else’s server. This page makes no additional external request.

How is my address determined
An empty field asks the GeoIP service to use the address verified by the trusted ingress proxy. A header supplied by the browser is not authoritative.
Why are some fields absent
Database coverage varies by range. The page shows absence explicitly and does not invent a city, organization, or coordinates.
Does this show reverse DNS or connection kind
No. The current public contract does not return reverse DNS or classify an address as residential, mobile, VPN, or data centre.
